These terms apply to all paid purchases on nkcentras.lt.
Payments
You can pay via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas online banking, Visa / Mastercard, or at the ticket office.
Payments are accepted in euro. Online payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
Delivery
No physical goods are shipped. After payment the service or ticket is provided in your account or by email, as stated at checkout.
Gym memberships
From the payment date, the membership is valid for the selected period, with unlimited visits.
The photo is used only to verify identity and generate the membership card. You can change or delete it in your account at any time.
An unpaid order can be cancelled on the website.
If the gym has already been used, the period already provided is non-refundable.
If the gym has not been used, you may withdraw within 5 days of purchase and get a refund — write to info@nkcentras.lt with your member ID or email.
If you paid online, the refund goes back to the same account or card used for payment, within 5 working days.
If you paid at the cashier, the refund is paid on presentation of the purchase receipt — at the cashier or to a specified bank account.
