The Centre processes personal data for administration, accounting, recruitment, employment, service delivery, contracts, events, public information, marketing, cultural activities, camp organization, and website operation.

Data are obtained from data subjects, other registering persons, and lawful external sources.

Data are processed on legal obligation, public interest, contract necessity, consent, legitimate interests, and other GDPR lawful bases including special-category conditions where applicable.

Data may be disclosed to public institutions, authorities, courts, law enforcement, and contracted processors where required by law or legitimate function.

Retention periods are applied per purpose and legal requirements; data are deleted or archived after expiry.

Data subjects have rights of information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal under GDPR.

Requests are submitted with identity verification and are handled within statutory deadlines; representation is allowed under legal requirements.
