Melodia and Pogoda anniversaries

In July 2025, a jubilee concert was held in Bezdoniai to mark the 10th anniversary of the vocal ensemble „Melodia“. The event brought together the Vilnius region community, representatives of culture, local government and education, as well as friends and supporters of the ensemble.

The jubilee concert was an important occasion to present the artistic repertoire accumulated over a decade and to reaffirm the ensemble's role in strengthening cultural identity and community. The celebration was attended by local residents, family members of the ensemble, representatives of other artistic groups and the cultural community.

The project demonstrated that consistent and dedicated work in the field of culture creates lasting value, strengthens community ties, nurtures traditions and contributes to the cultural vitality of the Vilnius region.

On 26 July 2025, a jubilee concert was held at Nemenčinė Cultural Centre to mark the ensemble's 10 years of artistic activity. The event brought together the Vilnius region community, representatives of cultural and social life and artistic groups from the region.

The aim of the project was to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Senior Vocal Ensemble „Pogoda“, to present its creative journey and its contribution to nurturing Polish culture, popularising folk music and integrating the local community.

The jubilee celebration showed that consistent and dedicated cultural work contributes to the preservation of traditions, strengthening of the community and the cultural vitality of the region.

From LNKC funds, financial support was provided to the folk dance collective „Perła“ and the children's and youth folk dance collective „Przyjaźń“ for sewing new costumes (girls' bodices and shirts, boys' waistcoats, shirts and trousers), thus contributing to the artistic expression of the collectives, improving their representation and ensuring the continuity of their activities.
